Please call before arriving and a Volunteer will be able to assist you during your visit.

The Citizens for Animal Rescue and Adoption at 609 N. 5th Street in Tilton is conveniently located off 5th Street between G Street and Georgetown Road. C.A.R.A. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Our mission is to provide high quality care and rehabilitation for homeless, injured and/or neglected animals through adopting, fostering, community partnerships, education and affordable spay/neuter and vaccination programs to improve their health and wellbeing. We love wagging tails, purrs and smiling faces!

Lost & Found	Daily	10am – 4pm
Low-Cost Vaccine Clinic	2nd Saturday/ Month	1pm – 3pm
Spay & Neuter	Wednesdays & Fridays	Appointment only

*Please call the shelter before arriving for one of our Volunteers to assist you during your visit. For veterinary services, please schedule an appointment online or by phone.
